1. Handmade Nature & Variations

Every item is handcrafted and made-to-order. Because we use natural materials like vegetable-tanned cowhide and hand-dyed lace/brocade, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern placement are expected and considered part of the unique character of your piece.

2. Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

I stand behind the quality of my work for the life of the product. If you experience a failure due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, I will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

• Note: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging of the leather, or damage caused by misuse/improper care.

Product Care: To maintain the integrity of your gear, avoid exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or harsh chemicals. Regularly inspect all hardware, rivets, and stitching before use. Love Leather & Lace is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or storage.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature and intimate use of these products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on gear that shows signs of wear or use.

• Shipping: If a return is requested for reasons other than a defect in craftsmanship (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Process: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  

4. Safety & Assumption of Risk

The equipment sold by Love Leather & Lace is intended for use by consenting adults only. By purchasing these items, the buyer acknowledges and agrees:

• These products are used at your own risk.

• Love Leather & Lace is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

• It is the user’s responsibility to inspect gear for wear before every use.

5. Shipping & Production Time

As each piece is handmade to order, please refer to the current lead time listed on the website. Turnaround time typically is 2-3 weeks from order to shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

You may access this from Love, Leather & Lace for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
